NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH PECOS WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT TO ADOPT THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY l, 2026 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: A proposed budget for the year commencing January 1, 2026, and ending December 3 1, 2026, has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the North Pecos Water and Sanitation District. All interested electors are further notified that a true and correct copy of the proposed budget is on file in the office of the North Pecos Water & Sanitation District located at 6900 North Pecos Street, Denver, Colorado, 80221, for inspection by the public. Any interested elector may file or register objections of any kind to the proposed budget prior to the final adoption of said budget. The Board of Directors of the North Pecos Water & Sanitation District shall consider the proposed budget and adopt an appropriate budget setting forth its expenditures for the year commencing January l, 2026, and ending December 3 1, 2026, at the regular Board of Directors Meeting to be held on November 12, 2025, and December 09, 2026, at the hour of 4:00 pm at the location of the District's office, located at 6900 North Pecos Street, Denver, Colorado 80221.
