NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed 2026 Rates and Charges

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that proposed changes in the Water and Sanitary Sewer Base Service Charges, Usage Fees, System Development Charges, and other miscellaneous fees for North Pecos customers will be considered at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Pecos Water and Sanitation District that will be conducted on Monday, December 01, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

This meeting will be held at the District offices located at 6900 North Pecos Street, Denver, CO 80221, and is open to the public. The Board will hold a public hearing to accept comments from the public and consider an increase in the water and sanitary sewer fees and charges, to be effective January 1, 2026.  Details are available for review on the website at Rates – North Pecos Water & Sanitation District and in the office of the District.  Final action will be taken on these proposed fee and charges at this time
