Backflow Reporting Process
Denver Water is no longer tracking Backflows for North Pecos Water and Sanitation District.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and ensure timely documentation, we are implementing a new tracking process for all backflow prevention device tests reports for North Pecos Water and Sanitation District.
We kindly request that your team follows the new tracking procedure outlined below:
All testers must create an account at gethydrosoft.com .
Once the account is set up, they will simply enter the results. There are several drop downs to make the process fast and user-friendly.
- All records will be submitted on the HydroSoft portal on the service day.
This process will help us maintain compliance and ensure all devices are properly tracked and documented. Please review the attached guide/checklist to assist with the transition.
When a tester logs into HydroSoft:
- Select “Submit Backflow Test”
- Enter Reference Number
- Select “Search”
- Select “New Device” to add a new assembly to the account, you’ll also be submitting a test at the same time
- Select “Remove” to request removal of an assembly from the account, reason must be provided.
- Select “Test” to just submit test results &/or update device information.
